Nechako Optometric Clinic  Prince George, BC

Complete renovations of 1,200 sm (3,800 sf) building (existing restaurant) into Optometrist office including lab, dispensing area, examination rooms, offices and retail area.

Houston Ambulance Station  Houston, BC

Construction of new two bay ambulance building including shower/change area. Renovation of an attached dwelling unit which was converted into staff quarters.


Houston Complex Care Facility  Houston, BC

Addition/renovation to provide a four bed complex care beds facility to the existing Houston Health Centre; with an option for six. The new beds integrate with existing services (communal kitchen, dining and lounge areas) and functions of the Health Centre.


Detox/Assessment & Treatment Centre  Prince Geoerge, BC

A 6,700 sm (22,000 sf) facility accommodating separate areas for Youth, Adult Acute Care, and Women with Children. The facility is closely associated with, and serviced by, the University Hospital of Northern British Columbia.






Dawson Creek Health Unit  Dawson Creek, BC

The new Dawson Creek Health Unit was constructed to consolidate Public Health, Continuing Care, Long Term Care, Mental Health, and Kidney Dialysis facilities together with multi-purpose areas, which were previously dispersed in older buildings throughout the City. The building is generally wood frame construction with steel columns and glue laminated beams internally, and circular concrete columns externally. The building has a total area of 5,500 sm (18,000 sf) and is designed to be energy efficient. (Greenwell & Bryan Project)




Fort St. John Health Unit  Fort St. John, BC

The Health Unit accommodates Public Health, Continuing Care, Long Term Care, Mental Health, Dental Health, Nutrition, Kidney Dialysis and multi-purpose facilities in a single-storey, 5,300 sm (17,500 sf), wood frame building. The building is located on the same site as the new 16,800 sm (55,000 sf), four-storey Provincial Government Office Building. The building is designed to be energy efficient.
