Russ brings over 40 years of experience to the firm and is one of BC's most respected university academic facility and research lab designers, known for challenging the status quo. He has designed and overseen projects on 24 university campuses throughout North America, and is sought after as a featured speaker at International Research Building Conferences. He is routinely involved in all aspects of projects, and enjoys working with technical user groups, understanding their specific requirements and incorporating them into built facilities. He leads our Master Planning work, focusing on campus design. Russ also has significant expertise in the design of floating homes and marine communities, undertaking one or two of these projects a year.
Naomi brings over 20 years of experience in institutional, complex building types. She has lead project teams for facilities on at least ten university campuses and concentrates on working on technically complex facilities in the University, Research, Laboratory, Health, and Government sectors. She leads the Federal Government work for the RCMP, Environment Canada and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, and contributes strongly to the business of the firm. She has specific talent for organizing the details, keeping project schedules on track, and communicating effectively to all while not losing sight of the grand vision for the project. Naomi also takes a strong leadership in Construction Administration services and her experience well exceeds the industry norm.

Tony brings over 20 years of well rounded experience and is a talented and passionate designer who enjoys contributing to the firm's portfolio of design projects from small renovations to $50 million facilities. He contributes design expertise across the firm's projects, striving for excellence. In addition to providing daily hands on project architect skills to University, Recreation and Health Care facilities, he leads the Corporate, Transportation sectors and work for all levels of Government. As a Certified Professional, Tony always stays current with his building code knowledge. Tony is also an accomplished artist, providing lively hand character sketches for many projects.
TERRY BROOMSGROVE Architect AIBC

Terry brings over 30 years experience in project delivery in Northern British Columbia. He is a well-rounded architect, delivering small and large projects in the Commercial, Institutional, and Health sectors from interior renovations for health care clinics, RCMP facilities, and civic libraries; to new buildings such as the Prince George District Energy building, administration building for the Mining Industry, and an Ambulance station. In addition to leading the Prince George office, he brings a client focused communication, strong technical background and interest in design to all projects.
DON BROWN B Arch., Architect AIBC

Don brings over 30 years experience in all areas of practice, working in the Institutional, Commercial and Health related projects. He takes a particular interest in the historic restoration work and contributes significantly to the design aesthetic of projects. He also has an interest in contract management and provides excellent design team leadership for successful planning and design of indoor and outdoor spaces with emphasis on minimizing life cycle costs and the use of sustainable materials.
Rand brought over 40 years of experience to the firm, providing hands-on leadership for projects, responsive client contact, and extensive firm management expertise. His early years at Arthur Erickson Architects set the stage for a strong design interest in all projects. He led CTA's Civic and Government, Recreation, Social Housing and Health Work, and contributed strongly to Commercial, Corporate, University and Research work. Rand also took a keen interest in designing custom houses. He is renowned for understanding and incorporating the many points of view from stakeholders into a design that meets the needs of the main Client without compromising a strong design aesthetic. Rand retired from CTA in 2018.

Glenn has over 20 years of project experience across the Province and works primarily in the Civic and Government and K-12 School sectors. He excels at small and medium sized project delivery for institutional clients, including new buildings such as Fire halls and renovations to existing ongoing facilities, such as the Ontario Veterinay College, Senior's Centres, athletic facilities, and RCMP detachments. He has established long term repeat clientele due to many successfully completed projects and has worked extensively with cities and muncipalities such as the City of Surrey.

Sharon is a talented project architect involved in University, Interiors, Commercial, and Health sector work. She has a variety of experience including construction administration on large complex projects, design and documentation for numerous research laboratory projects, and all phases of work for interior projects. As well, she leads the portfolio of projects for the BCIT campus, while providing facility program expertise for large science or academic based projects. Sharon brings a collaborative attitude to all her projects and is always thought of highly by Owners, Users and Contractors.

Vicki is an intern architect with over ten years of architectural experience. She has worked in architectural firms in Calgary and Halifax as well internationally in Zagreb, Croatia. She brings experience with an extensive portfolio of projects including; healthcare, higher education, commercial retail, research, correctional, mental health and long-term care facilities as well as national defense. Vicki is a skilled designer delivering projects with exacting standards. Her professional and cheerful character has been key to creating and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, user groups and consultant teams.
PROJECT MANAGER | DESIGN LEADER at CTA
Having been with CTA since 2004, Vivian is currently the Design Leader - Project Manager in the office. She is a multi-talented designer with over 20 years of design and production experience in architectural, interior, signage, wayfinding, graphic and industrial design. As the senior designer in our firm that specializes in government and public facilities, Vivian is knowledgeable in what is available in the design industry market and provides a keen understanding of sensible detailing for a cost-effective construction. Developing functional layouts, utilizing spatial design to create exciting spatial experiences, emphasizing contemporary aesthetic through choices of colours and finishes are some of her expertise that she brings to every project.

Bob is a practiced Project Manager with over 13 years experience, over 10 with with CTA. He is involved in all aspects and stages of a project from the beginning to completion. Bob can seemlessly transition a project from schematic design to construction drawings utilizing his technical background from his BCIT studies and his proficency in CAD, and REVIT, Bob brings his measured, significant experience in working accross all project delivery types, including P3, Design Build, CM, CM-at-Risk, and traditional Design-Bid-Build.

PRODUCTION MANAGER | ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST AIBC at CTA
Erl is an experienced Architectural Technologist with a comprehensive understanding of numerous building types including complicated institutional projects, in both concrete and steel frame, brick framing and curtainwall detailing. He also is an expert in wood frame detailing.
Erl has been a senior technical team member for most of the firm's large scale technically complex projects, including seismic upgrades of existing buildings at YVR, and various federal government or civic buildings. He provides imilar production qaulity leadership for all project teams, and takes a keen interest in our firms adoption of REVIT.
