Kai is a third year architectural student at UBC SALA and is currently gaining some hands-on experience as a Co-op Intern at CTA.

Kai has always been passionate about architecture, creating graphics posters and building models as a child. Through his degree, he is learning how to develop designs that consider environmental and cultural implications. He is particularly interested in architectural influences on human culture and how architecture can reintroduce a site’s cultural references.

Outside of design work, Kai enjoys watching films, visiting museums and exhibitions, hiking and barbecuing with friends.
