When CTA has an issue with complex construction we bring in the big guns in the person of one Philip Street. You see, Street’s specialty is construction methodology. And no one’s better at it. Philip graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1978 and Carleton University in Ottawa in 1985. and he’s been with us since 2016. He’s an all-round architect with skills including building conditions assessment, 3D modelling, construction detailing, specification writing, field review and commissioning. Philip’s our designated Technical Peer Reviewer for construction documents. He brings an attention to constructibility that resolves site issues and is beloved by contractors. In his spare time (not that he has much) he produces his own 3D printing projects. It’s not complex to see why our clients value him.
