Naomi graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1992. She joined CTA in 1996, and became a partner in 2009. Her work includes numerous successful large scale complex science facilities and public safety facilities for the RCMP and Canadian Coast Guard. Naomi has exceptional Construction document and Contract Administration skills. She has hands on delivery experience with a raft of procurement methods such as design-build, construction management, design-bid-build and P3. Naomi is the general managing principal and quality control manager in the office responsible for ensuring high quality projects deliverables and output at every milestone stage. In her spare time, she likes to visit historic sites. No wonder, she sees the significance in details big and small.
